Sanctuary Sessions from September 2025

Pleased to announce “Sanctuary Sessions” will be starting from Thursday 25th September and kindly hosted by @puzzlebored in the centre of Brighton! 

When:  Thursday 25th September 2025. And the last Thursday every month. 

What time: From 4 pm to 6 pm 

Where: Puzzle Bored Cafe, in the ND friendly room on the 2nd floor. 27 New Road, Brighton, BN1 1UG

Cost: £3.50 per session. Prices are being kept deliberately low (as ND Freelancer have been hit with so many funding cuts over recent times). The only request is to indulge and purchase drinks and/or delicious food (the cakes look delectable!) from the cafe downstairs and not bring your own food or drink to help this small business. 

For: Initially these sessions will be held for 6 months until March 2026.

Sanctuary sessions will be run by Neurodivergent artists for Neurodivergent artists and creatives. So, eye contact will not be expected or demanded, bring your fidgets, ear defenders are available but feel free to also bring your own.

Discussion points won’t have to be instantly verbally responded to - you can draw, write or make in response. Ideas can be shared and more. 

I am really looking forward to launching these sessions.
